Optimal Commerce Limited operates popular SNS sites both in Mauritius and Asia Pacific. Social Networking Service, or SNS in short,
became a part of our daily life both in private and in business. Groups of friends depend on the messages that they share on SNS.
Public organization accept donations on SNS. Businesses announce new products on SNS and get instant feedback
from the product users.
Our SNS sites provides various services to its users. For examples, initiating a new community, sending and receiving messages, publishing personal blog, growing virtual character (avatar), playing on a game or other types of applications.
Users of our SNS sites can spend and receive payments using Online Credit system.
With enough Online Credit handy, a user can has access to continuous services on demand without going through
each checkout process for payment. Users can also start a premium paid information service and other users can
subscribe to those information by making payment using this Online Credit.
We all know that people have many valuable information that they can share and there are many other people who are willing to pay for those information.
Currently, the following functions of our SNS sites require Online Credit for access;

(a) What Are "Credits"?
Credits are the monetary unit used on the Website You will use Credits to pay for access to information on our SNS sites
(b) What is the Value of a Credit?
The value that your Credits have in terms of a valid currency (e.g., U.S. Dollars or Euros) will be shown on the Credit balance page. The value that your Credits have in terms of that currency will change from time to time to reflect changes in currency exchange rates.
(c) How Long Do Credits Last?
You can use your Credits for up to 365 days from the date of purchase. After 365 days, you won't be able to use the Credits any more, because they will cease to have any value. You acknowledge this time limit and waive any claims relating to expired Credits.
(d) Certain Rules Applicable to Credits
You can only use Credits on the Website, or on our affiliate sites. Only we can sell Credits, you cannot resell Credits. We do not guarantee that you will be able to use your Credits to purchase every product contained on the Website. You may have to pay separately for certain products offered by us (e.g., subscriptions).
(a) Payments
You must have a valid Optimal Commerce member account to buy Credits You can purchase Credits using any of the payment methods available on the Website (i.e., credit card, Paypal, wire transfers etc.) You cannot buy less than 10 Credits at a time Payment by check is only allowed in the US and the UK You must purchase a minimum of 300 Credits if you pay by check or by wire transfer You will have to pay any wire transfer fees
(b) Invoice
When you purchase Credits, you will receive an invoice listing the number of Credits purchased and the date of purchase.
(c) Taxes and Other Charges
If you are a European company and you have a VAT number, you will have to provide it. Depending on your location, local taxes and VAT might apply to your purchase.
(d) Refund Policy
Once you have purchased Credits, you will not be able to convert them back into cash. Exception is when there is error on the side of our SNS service and other related services. Upon request from the user and documentation provided, we will promptly refund the amount in dispute to our user's credit card.

We occasionally offer discounts and bonus units to our users with campaign.
Customer can use his units on demand, which is deducted on a per usage base.

You would receive a billing statement from you credit card issuing company. Please refer to the notification on the payment page for the billing descriptor name. Please contact us when there's any concern, you would receive a response shortly according to queries.

Return email addresses are used to answer any email we receive.
Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Units purchased are refundable in cases of provider/processor error and upon cardholder request.
Please note that purchased online credit will expire 365 days upon the original purchase date.
There will be no refund for expired credit.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, please provide your correct e-mail/mailing address to us.
We will not be liable for claims of non-receipt of communication that was a direct result of
an incorrect e-mail/mailing address provided to us.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct/valid e-mail address.
All requests to reverse and/or negate charges are investigated by our Technical and Legal Departments.
If a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage is made, we reserves the right
to report this activity to the customer's bank.
This report may result in cancellation of card services, have a negative impact with credit reporting agencies and/or create
possible criminal charges that can be filed against the customer.
Optimal Commerce Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion and/or in
any case where it believes a customer is abusing the Refund Policy.
Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after the revised Refund Policy is posted on Optimal Commerce Web sites.
The customer agrees to periodically review the Web sites, including the current version of the Refund Policy.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

(1) Optimal Commerce will provide you with the products and services that you purchase from us. You agree to purchase and use these products and services on these terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time.
(2) Our agreement will commence on the earlier of the date that we accept your application for the provision of any of the products and services, either by notifying you or by providing you with access to those products and services or;
(a) the date you start using any of the products and services. We may refuse your application in our complete discretion.
(3) Our agreement will continue unless you stop using the services more than 6 months, or until this agreement is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
(4) We reserve the right to require offline verification of your identity or authority.
(1) In return for us providing these products and services to you, you must pay us the relevant fees, charges and costs selected by you.
(2) Records held and logging procedures adopted by us in relation to usage by or provision of your products and services are prima facie evidence that you have used or ordered that product and service as indicated.
(3) You must pay any taxes, duties, stamp duties, imposts, levies or government charges relating to this agreement or the supply or usage of the Services or Products.
(4) In any case we find your transaction is possible fraud, we will terminate your all access rights including any additional transactions in the future.
(5) You are responsible for the cost of any telephone calls you make to access the Products or Services.
(1) You agree that you will use the products and services in a responsible manner. In particular, you warrant to us that when using the products or services, or providing information to us in relation to the products or services, you will not, nor will you allow others to;
(a) distribute, publish, or provide any material that is defamatory, harassing, obscene or illegal under any applicable law, rule, regulation, standard or code of practice;
(b) distribute, or provide use of material that you have no right to distribute, use, or provide (for example, a third person's intellectual property rights);
(c) cause a nuisance to any person or incite violence or racial hatred or facilitate prostitution or paedophilia;
(d) commit a crime or facilitate the committing of a crime;
(e) engage in any activity which is in breach of, or fail to comply with, any applicable law, rule, regulation, standard or code of practice;
(f) engage in or fail to engage in any activity in a manner which will expose us to any liability; (j) fail to comply with any rules imposed by any third party whose content or services you are accessing or using, or any policy adopted by us;
(k) use the Products or Services, or invite or direct persons to use the Products or Services, to access any content which it is illegal to publish;
(l) invade the privacy of others or alter the messages of others;
(m) engage in misleading or deceptive conduct or fraud of any kind;
(n) fail to clearly identify any material which is advertising or adult only material so that third persons can determine whether to access that material or not;
(o) fail to maintain the security and confidentiality of any accounts, identifiers or passwords provided to you to enable you to use the products or services, and you must change your account, identifier or password immediately on request to do so from us;
(p) cause or help to cause the security or integrity of any products or services or other linked computer systems or sites to be compromised whether by way of hacking, virus introduction or in any other way.
(1) We may, at any time and in our absolute discretion, suspend or disconnect your access to the products or services, and monitor or intercept your use of the products or services, including without limitation any messages you send or receive or data you store or access using those products or services if we have reasonable cause to do so.
(2) We may delete that data stored using the Products or Services, in our absolute discretion, if we consider that data to be inappropriate, illegal, offensive or otherwise in breach of any law, standard, regulation or code of practice.
(3) Without limiting clause 5(a) above, we may at any time, without notice, suspend your use or access to part or all of the Products or Services:
(4) for such time as is necessary for any maintenance determined by us to be necessary from time to time, and where possible, after giving you as much advance notice as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances;
(5) to reduce or prevent interference with our systems or the use of Products or Services by others; or
(6) if required to do so, as a result of a direction from any government or other authorities.
(7) You authorize us to obtain from and give to any credit providers information about your credit arrangements. This information may include any information about your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history, credit capacity or other information that credit providers are allowed to give or receive from each other under the Privacy Act, 1988 (Cth) (as amended from time to time).
(8) You acknowledge that we may be obliged to provide assistance to law enforcement agencies in respect of your acquisition or use of the products and services and that you will not make any claim against us in relation to that assistance.
